I have always been a brand snob and in the past wouldn’t have dreamt of using anything other than Pampers or huggies nappies. I was having a chat with a friend one day when we came to the subject of nappies and she told me that she had been buying mamia nappies from aldi’s for her daughter and was very impressed.
The next time i was in aldi I popped down to the nappy aisle and had a quick peep at their selection. priced at £3.49 for a packet of 22 nappies i was slightly dubious about how effective they would be but decided to give them a try anyway and im really glad that I did. They have a cute picture of an elephant on the front with the back of the elephant on the back so that you know which way they should go on. My son really likes the elephant image and calls them his ele-pants (clever boy lol)
Some pull-ups can feel quite thick and i have found that they don’t offer much non-leak protection for over-night wear. mamia pull-ups feel fairly thin and rayyan has never had any leakage problems even though he’s not 100% dry at night yet. They are really easy to pull up and even though rayyan has fairly chunky thighs he’s never had any problem comfort wise (believe me when i tell you he would let me know if he did 🙂 ) To remove you just need to tear the seams on the sides of the pull-ups and they come off really easily.
Taking into account the price and the effectiveness of these pull-ups im very impressed and now use these on a regular basis instead of my usual pull-ups
